Innovel was founded in response to a frustration with complex, over-engineered IT projects that lose focus on the outcomes that actually matter to the business.
Decades at SAP, Oracle and in global delivery taught our leadership team what big consultancies get wrong. So we built Innovel differently: smaller, sharper engagements that stay close to the business and deliver measurable value. Enterprise-grade SAP expertise, specialist-studio agility, and one simple philosophy: outcomes over process, relationships over transactions.

Why I started Innovel
Twenty-five years inside big technology businesses, including SAP Concur itself, taught me one thing: projects have a habit of growing more complicated than the problems they were meant to solve. Clients end up further from the outcome, not closer. I joined Innovel because it works the other way round. Small enough to stay close to the customer. Senior enough to be trusted with the hard parts. Honest enough to say what a project actually needs, and what it doesn't. It was the way I'd always wanted to deliver, and here I get to.

Why I started Innovel
I have spent more than twenty years delivering SAP Travel and Expense projects across more than fifty countries, and the pattern rarely changed: the technology worked, but the people left using it were on their own the moment the consultants moved on. I wanted to build a team that stays. Innovel exists so that the consultant who implements your system is still the person who picks up the phone two years later.
