We implement, integrate, and support SAP Concur

Overall engagement was smooth from the initial call, proposal was very clear with costs and timelines clearly explained. Execution with our teams across regions was consistent and provided us to go live as scheduled. Thank you Innovel.

Our relationship with Innovel and the delivery on Concur was the one part of the project we were really confident about. It had been tested thoroughly, and we had everyone we needed to help.

Innovel was tremendously helpful throughout our whole transition moving onto Concur, understanding all the business needs and being patient and helpful with all the queries and requirements as we started using the program. The availability was great and made the process so much easier.

Very helpful throughout the implementation and the aftercare post go live was and still is very useful and responsive. Any issues were discussed and resolved in a timely manner and fully explained.

We were already linked up with SAP S/4HANA, our finance system. Through this project we created the integration with SuccessFactors, our HR system, so we now have a full end-to-end solution that's robust – which is really great.
